We strive to provide legal assistance that is understandable and

We provide adoption related services to adoptive parents and birth
parents in New Hampshire in private (independent) and agency adoptions.
We work throughout the State of New Hampshire and have assisted clients with adoption matters in Hillsborough, Rockingham,
Merrimack, Belknap, Cheshire, Strafford, Carroll and Grafton counties.
We have also assisted clients with inter-state adoptions in Maine,
Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Colorado.
Adoption –Birth Parent

Adoption – Step-Parent
 | We can assist you in terminating the parental rights of the other
biological parent and filing the petition to adopt.

Guardianship
 | We provide legal services to families seeking guardianship over
children or incapacitated adults. |
 | We can assist in determining whether guardianship is necessary
and whether you need guardianship over the person, estate, or both.
